Article 12, paragraph 6 of PTAL states that when withdrawing from a Distance Contract, “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the exercise of the right of withdrawal.” We recommend keeping the original packaging of the goods so that, when exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance Contract terms, the goods are not externally mechanically damaged. just-living.eu reserves the right to retain a compensation fee or refuse to accept a product that is damaged, not in full set, or otherwise lost its original appearance (for example, additional software installed on a computer). The receipt is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. Warranty documents are valid only if they clearly and correctly indicate: the product model, serial number, and date of sale.
